As a front-line colleague, this individual is responsible for projecting the CNB philosophy of exemplary client service as they attend to the needs of both new and existing clients. The Client Representative has first line responsible for daily client transaction processing and cash handling duties. Through consistent observance of CNB policies and procedures they will ensure the operational integrity of the branch. They will seek to identify cross-sell opportunities to both enhance and expand the client banking relationship. They will be responsible for meeting assigned referral and cross-sell goals. They will be capable of opening new deposit accounts and performing file maintenance.

• *Minimum 6 months of direct client service experience required.
• *Minimum 6 months of cash handling experience required.
• *Minimum 6 months of basic computer experience (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
• Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work.
• Good arithmetic ability.
• Ability to cross-sell banking services to existing and potential clients.
• Ability to work in a team environment and to adapt to sudden schedule changes.
