The purpose of this position is to supervise crew members and participate in construction and/or maintenance work in assigned City department; to assist with or perform the work of subordinates as necessary, and to perform related duties as required.
Qualifications
Graduation from high school, vocational school, or GED with four (4) years work experience, to include some supervisory responsibilities, in installation, construction, maintenance and/or repair work of any kind to include operating trucks, light and/or heavy construction or maintenance equipment.
Special Requirements
Must possess and maintain a valid SC Class "A" Commercial Driver's License and have an acceptable driving record with no "Z" or "K" Restrictions. Preference may be given to applicants with storm drain experience.
