You must be able to run an excellent operation and demonstrate strong leadership skills. You must be a team player and help the restaurant meet food quality and customer service standards. You must be able to continuously improve the skills, knowledge and morale of your management team. You will ensure all employee's receive the necessary training and support to perform their duties. The General Manager will ensure business and personnel practices are consistent with company policies and procedures.

Required Experience:
* 3 - 5 years GM experience ( preferably restaurant experience)
* Solid background with breakfast operations
* Basic computer literacy
* Financial/analytical aptitude including planning,budgeting and P&L management
* Ability to manage, lead and develop people
* Team building skills
* Problem solving skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
