The Boner III position is responsible to bone product to specification and yield standards using a hand knife. Incumbents of the Boner III position are qualified to bone Picnics, Butts and Hams.
Requirements Schedule: Monday to Friday 5:00 am to End of shift.

- Product Inspection.
- Knife Work - Boning.
- Pushing/Sorting Product/Material.
- Able to pull ribs on bellie line.
