The Boner II position is responsible to bone product to specification and yield standards using a hand knife. Incumbents of the Boner II position are qualified to bone Picnics, Butts and Hams.
Requirements Schedule: Monday to Friday 5:00 am to End of shift.
Dates Needed: February 20 to May 20, 2013

- Knife Work - Boning.
- Product Inspection.
- Knife Work- Trimming.
- Pushing/Sorting Product/Material.
