Currently, we have an excellent opportunities for Over-the-Road Drivers at our Troy, Ohio Manufacturing Plant.

Our Drivers earn a base mileage rate, per mile, while driving and an hourly wage if working in the Manufacturing Plant Center. In addition, our Truck Drivers will be paid for the following, when applicable: 1. Hourly work time for pre-trip, post-trip, fuel stops, waiting time, and breakdowns 2. Stop-offs 3. Pick-ups 4. Layover pay 5. Safety Awards paid on a quarterly basis for our qualified drivers, up to 2% of annual wages! 6. Compliance Awards paid on a monthly basis for our qualified drivers, up to 2.5% of annual wages! Position Overview: Must be able to operate delivery equipment safely, be sensitive to customer service demands and operate efficiently with proper productivity. The successful candidate must:

1. have a Class A CDL.

2. successfully pass a DOT physical and be DOT Certified.

3. successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and be subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing.

4. be able to physically load and unload Clopay Building Products material.

5. be able to stay out over night when required.

6. successfully pass a physical capability test.

7. have 40,000 miles in at least 2 states in the last year and have a clean driving record.

8. follow all DOT Safety Rules and Regulations, Clopay Building Products Company, and Clopay Transportation Company Policy and Procedures.

9. perform other duties as assigned.
