CLUB INFORMATION

Fair Oaks Ranch Golf & Country Club is known for its impeccable and personalized service and warm and friendly staff. The Club opened its doors in 1978, using the original 14,000-square-foot ranch home of Ralph E. Fair Sr., as the center of the Club. The home is constructed with native Texas Hill Country river rock and contains about 20,000 square feet of spacious high-ceiling rooms.  With minimal changes to the original historic home, the addition of 8,000 square feet of space, 36 holes of championship golf, tennis courts, pools and additional event space, the Club quickly became the center of activities for the Fair Oaks Ranch Community.
POSITION SUMMARY

The Bartender is responsible for providing the highest quality of beverage production and service to our Members and guests.  In addition to supporting all Club venues, events and fellow Employee Partners in delivering quality beverages and service, the Bartender maintains the bar, bar service areas and related storerooms in a neat, organized and secure manner.  This Employee Partner follows the proper procedures for stocking, cleaning and ensuring opening/closing duties are performed to ensure bar readiness at all times.
Job Requirements :

Previous bartending experience required.
A working knowledge of bar related beverages, spirits, wine and beer.
A working knowledge of the most common cocktails, mixed drinks and specialty drinks.
Alcohol Intervention and Coach Certified (C.A.R.E), TABC Certified.
Possesses a passion for exceeding Member expectations and a commitment to excellence that results in providing the highest quality Member and guest experience.

(Internal Candidates should be able to pass the test at the end of the STAR Bar Training Manual.)
