CLUB INFORMATION

Wind Watch Golf & Country Club is a semi-private Hauppauge country club open to the general public. We provide our Members and guests with one of Long Island’s most unique and challenging golf courses, as well as exceptional professional catering services for any private function, Long Island networking events, tennis, swimming, and corporate golf outing facilities. From the tremendous range of golfing amenities that abound from our 11-acre grass and artificial turf practice facility that is unique to any other public Long Island country club, to our luxurious, well-appointed clubhouse overlooking the course.

POSITION SUMMARY

SERVER
Responsible for providing food and beverage STAR Service to Members/Guests ensuring satisfaction, Member retention, and coordinating with the other Club departments. Consistently display the 3 Steps of Service at all opportunities to provide service. Maintain ClubCorp service standards as outlined in the Hospitality First training program at high standards. Complete and comprehensive knowledge of the menu is mandatory, including daily features and specials that may not be available directly on the menu. Accurately execute Member/guest orders and requests in a timely fashion. Know Members names and greet them promptly in a manner to provide a warm welcome and making them feel at home. Assist fellow Employee Partners, Members and guests to ensure delivery of the 3 steps of service without being directed. Be aware of team members and the environment and participate as a member of the team. Responsible for possessing clear knowledge of all various liquors, beer and wines available by the Club.

RUNNER
Responsible for expediting all orders and transporting food items from kitchen to dining room as quickly as possible, in order to provide quality service according to ClubCorp and Timarron's standards. Responsible for transporting all necessary food items from the kitchen to the dining room as soon as possible while following all ClubCorp standards of service.
Remove dirty and empty trays from the dining rooms at all times. Keep work stations clean at all times. Work with the kitchen and the wait staff to ensure accuracy of food orders.

Job Requirements :
Full-time and part-time positions available.
Previous food and beverage experience preferred
High School Diploma preferred
