Communities Working 2gether (CW2) is a nonprofit organization committed to improving the welfare of Saginaw County in Michigan and increasing community participation through the empowerment of youth. This summer, we pledge to help a minimum of 20 at-risk youth ages 16 to 24 develop work-related soft skills through resume writing and interviewing workshops and one-on-one consultations. We will also train youth on effective communication, time management, teamwork and proper grooming skills that will help them get on track for employment.
