Title: Administrative Supervisor
Location: IN-Warsaw
EDUCATION AND FORMAL TRAINING REQUIRED:

Must be a graduate with a Diploma, Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Must have Indiana Nursing License.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Approximately two years experience necessary in order to instruct and comfort patients and their families, maintain effective contacts with a variety of Hospital personnel, and maintain charting responsibilities.

Must demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patient (infant, child, adolescent, adult or geriatric) served on assigned unit/department.

Responsible for provision of quality patient care on second or third shifts. Interprets and enforces established policies and procedures. Serves as clinical resource person. Leadership abilities are demonstrated in functioning as a professional role model, demonstrating consumer relations and communication skills, problem solving, decision making and providing direction in orienting and training nursing personnel
