Title: Cook-Porter Regional Hospital-PRN (As Needed)-Day & Evening Shifts
Location: IN-Valparaiso
Prepares hot and cold food according to recipe and customer/patient counts. Responsible for the proper cleaning and sanitation of work station. Preparation of items for next day’s business and other duties as assigned.

Must be available to work both of the following shifts: 5:30 am - 2 pm and 11:30 am - 8 pm including rotating weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and rotating holidays. As needed position (no guarantee of hours).

Preferred applicant will:

* Possess a High School Diploma or GED
* Possess a Food Sanitation Certification
* Possess one year of cooking experience in a hospital or extended care facility
* Have completed a culinary training coursePrimary Locaiton: IN-Valparaiso
