Title: Home Health Aide
Location: OK-Woodward (Northwest Oklahoma)

Provides personal care, rehabilitative, support services, observation of patient; written and verbal communication; quality improvement / quality assurance activities; records management. Orienting new Home Health Aides when requested or required.

A) Assisting with personal hygiene
B) Assisting with ambulation and exercise
C) Assisting with medications that are ordinarily self-administered (as allowed according to state regulations)
D) Reporting changes in the client's condition
E) Providing nutritional support as needed
F) Other supportive tasks as assigned

Education:
Home Health Aide training verification or CNA certification in the state of practice preferred.

Experience:
Prefer a minimum of three (3) months work experience as a Nursing Aide, preferably in home healthcare.

Licenses/Certificates:
Home Health Aide training verification or CNA certification in the state of practice preferred. Current CPR card. Current Automobile insurance. Current driver's license.
