Summary
The Human Resources Manager will provide leadership and guidance to the Home Care Division in the daily activities associated with HR administration.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Advises agencies on HR administration issues such as, onboarding, worker compensation, background checks, drug screening, etc.
2. Ensures HR data feeds are sent to all vendors in a timely manner.
3. Implements and assists with the monitoring of compensation programs. Participates in annual compensation surveys.
4. Reviews job descriptions for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
5. Assists with the evaluation of HR reports and systems.
6. Is an HR resource for agency administrators for daily HR issues.
7. Is a key driver with employee recognition programs.
Education, Experience and Certifications

1. Required BA/BS in Business or HR Management; MBA/MA preferred

2. PHR/SPHR preferred

3. Five years of HR experience of with three were in a supervisory level position.

1. Less than 5%
