Title: *Medical Lab Technician
Location: AR-Helena (Eastern Arkansas)

Under the direct supervision of a Sectionhead Supervisor, a Laboratory Administrative Director. Medical Laboratory Technician is responsible for performing laboratory procedures in a timely and accurate manner according to established hospital and departmental policies and procedures.

EDUCATION/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/SKILLS PREFERRED:
Associate degree from an approved MLT (CLT) school.

EDUCATION/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/SKILLS REQUIRED:?
MLT(ASCP) , CLT (NCA) or equivalent certification or registration.
Must possess mathematical, computer and communication skills at the college level (2yr)

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
Minimum of three years experience in a clinical laboratory setting.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Successful completion of clinical rotations in an approved program.
