Title: Medical Lab Technician
Location: AK-Palmer (Anchorage region)

Under the direct supervision of a Medical Technologist or Coordinator, a Medical Laboratory Technician is responsible for performing laboratory procedures in a timely and accurate manner according to established hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
EDUCATION/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/SKILLS REQUIRED: Associate degree from an accredited school of Medical Laboratory Technology program. MLT(ASCP) certification. Must possess mathematical, computer and communication skills at the college level (2yr). Must have the ability to effectively communicate in English, both spoken and written, in person and on the telephone.
