Under the supervision of a Licensed Nurse, provides direct resident care, assists with activities of daily living, personal hygiene and nutrition; monitors vital signs, intake, output and body weight; maintains cleanliness of the residents’ environment, reports frequently to the licensed nurse, makes frequent rounds and documents activities. Is a member of the health care team Implements the restorative program for all assigned residents

Education:

* High School Graduate or hold a GED certificate
* Completed an approved nursing assistant course
Certfications / Licenses:

* Current NM Nurse Aide Certification
* Maintain required life support certification
Experience:

* One year C.N.A. experience preferred
