Title: Nursing Director
Location: PA-Easton (Lehigh Valley region)

The Director of Women's Services is accountable and responsible for the effective delivery of competent, compassionate, and efficient patient care in Labor and Delivery, Post Partum and Nursery. This includes overall direction of clinical, human resources, and financial management.
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Must have a valid license to practice professional nursing by the Board of Nurse Examiners of the state.
- BSN required.
- MSN or masters in related field preferred.
- Specialty certification in obstetrics preferred.?

Experience:
Minimum of five years acute care maternal/child experience, including two years of management or supervisory experience.?
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Licenses/Certificates:
Current BCLS, NRP within 6 months, ACLS within 6 months, and AWOHNN Fetal Monitoring Course within 6 months.
