Title: Physician Recruiter
Location: AR-Springdale (Bentonville Region)

Responsible and accountable for the recruitment, retention and resource needs of all Physicians. Facilitates needs assessment, advertising, planning, presenting, and evaluating programs to assist in providing the most qualified applicants. Maintains close collaboration with department managers to maintain a viable recruitment and retention program. Responsible for organizing, administering and making recommendations for continued growth and development of the Physician recruitment program.
Education: BS or BA degree required, BS or BA degree in Human Resources preferred

Experience: Previous computer experience required. Previous Human Resources experience preferred.
