Title: Registered Nurse

POSITION PURPOSE:

Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Responsible for directing, coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
Education:

Graduate of an Accredited Registered Nursing Program

Experience:
Prefer two years experience in Hospital or Medically related environment.Prefer one-year experience in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry environment.

Licenses/Certificates:

Current Arizona Nursing License or Compact Licensure Agreement
Telemetry Advanced learning classes within 6 months of employment
Current BLS certification
Prefer ACLS certification
Prefer CMSN certificationPrimary Locaiton: AZ-Payson
