Title: Registered Nurse - Home Health
Location: AZ-Bullhead City (Northwestern Arizona)

Description:
Administers skilled nursing care to patients requiring intermittent professional nursing services. Teaches and supervises the family, and other members of the nursing team. Each Staff nurse performs nursing services for residents within a specific area. These services are performed in accordance with the physician's orders and under the direction and supervision of the Director of Patient Services.

Responsibilites:

Monitoring through observations; patient, staff and physician feedback; written and verbal communication; quality improvement/quality assurance activities; records management. Responsible for other Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Home Health Aides who may be working on a particular home care case for which the primary RN is responsible for managing. Responsible for communicating with all disciplines involved in the patient's care (i.e.: Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy).

Education: Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of practice.

Experience: Minimum of one year clinical experience in the hospital setting and 2 years home healthcare nursing experience also preferred.

Licenses/Certificates: RN License in State of practice, current driver's license, current auto insurance, current CPR card.Primary Locaiton: AZ-Bullhead City (Northwestern Arizona)
