Title: Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical Unit
Location: TX-Victoria (San Antonio region)
* The LPN/LVN shall perform duties consistent with the LPN/LVN Nursing Practice Act.
* Provide those service requiring nursing skills in accordance with the plan of care.
* Prepare documentation and clinical notes
* Educate and instruct the patient, patient's family, or staff as required

Education: Licensed LPN/LVN Nurse.
Experience: One year nursing experience. IV therapy certification preferred

Licenses/Certificates: Licensed as a LPN/LVN Nurse in state, and current CPR certification. Must complete required departmental competencies to validate competency and maintain competency.Primary Locaiton: TX-Victoria (San Antonio region)
