Title: RN- OR - Porter Regional Hospital Part time (.5) Rotating
Location: IN-Valparaiso
Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Responsible for directing, coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.

Requires ability to work rotating shifts, weekend and call rotation.

Education:

* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Certifications / Licenses:

* Current state Registered Nurse license
* Maintain Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) Certification required at end of orientation
* Current ACLS Certification or completion within 6 months
* CNOR certification preferred
Experience:

* At least one year RN experience required (ICU or ED preferred)
* OR Experience preferred
* Cardiovascular OR Experience preferredPrimary Locaiton: IN-Valparaiso
