Compass Real Estate Team CEO, Teri Barton, is offering an Online Marketing internship. Our company is a small real estate firm in Pasadena, California. As an Online Marketing intern you will get the opportunity to work closely with members of the agency on a variety of dynamic online marketing projects and campaigns. In the age of new media, its a necessity to know how to leverage social sites such as Twitter and Facebook, online media, and search engines to grow and promote a clients business. Chances are, you already use these sites on a daily basis and have a passion for them, but do you know how to really use them? Thats where we come in. After an internship at Compass Real Estate Team, you will be well versed in the fun, yet complex language of online marketing.

Specific Objectives:
Provide support on internal marketing initiatives
Develop engaging content for blogs and social media sites
Assist in the management of email marketing campaigns
Assist in the preparation for New Business opportunities
Conduct market research and competitive analyses
Research relevant online media sites for current and prospective clients
Manage day to day reporting and campaign optimization
Gain a general understanding of Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
