Connections Training and Staffing is a Social Enterprise business. While we are not a non-profit organization the culture of our Company is to perform our business operations with a social mission. Our mission is to help Colorados unemployed find work; providing them the opportunity to financially support themselves and their families.
We are currently seeking 2 part or full-time interns in the fields of Social Media and Business Management.
The Social Media intern will help establish and grow our Social Media presence through, Facebook, Twitter, Linked in and other avenues as well as creating new content for our website. We are looking for creative candidates who have a great attention to detail. Must have previous experience with Facebook, Linked In and Twitter, excellent computer skills and demonstrate superior communication, writing and organizational skills.
Candidates must be able to commit to a minimum of 8 hours per week. The hours worked will be paid at $8 per hour. We are happy to work with any academic requirements the intern may have to help them earn course credit for their efforts.

The Business Management Intern will work with our Business Development team to develop materials for our Training and Paid work experience program. We are looking for dynamic candidates who are comfortable reaching out to Businesses and Non-profit organizations via phone, email and in person to educate them of our services within the community.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree or current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in a Business related field.
Outstanding oral and written communications skills
Self-motivated and enthusiastic about learning how non-profit and for-profit organizations collaborate.
Attention to detail, organizational skills and flexibility.

This is a unique opportunity for students to learn a broad spectrum of skills necessary to successfully operate a small business.
