Must Haves:
Access Audit, Access Management & Technical background, UNIX systems background is a must have. We are looking for combination of security and technical background.

Nice to Have:
CISA or CISSP certifications desired, however if candidate has strong security background and no certificates - would be considered a good candidate.

The purpose of this position is to support various manual access management activities that GIS Access Controls need to support Fundamo integration to clients standard access management process.

The ideal candidate for position will be a proactive, and self motivated professional who will work with other team members to manage access controls for key information resources residing on multiple platforms such as Linux, Windows.

The successful candidate will have a broad understanding of Information Technology Security and have a strong knowledge of access management practices involving various platforms.

Education/Experience
o Bachelor degree in computer management, information security or equivalent job experience
o CISSP, CISA, CISM and other comparative information security certifications are preferred
o 5 to 7 years computer security experience required
o 5 to 7 years in UNIX or Windows operating system administration experience
o 3-5 years of Access Controls Audit experience

Responsibility level
o Exercises independent judgment with minimal direction from supervisor

Skills
o Experience in Auditing all aspects of Access Control processes and procedures
o In-depth knowledge in the access management of multiple operating systems (Unix - Solaris, AIX, zLinux and Linux, Windows) and administration of Active Directory and Unix Enterprise Directory
o In-depth knowledge in UNIX and Linux korn/bash shell scripting, MS Windows visual basic scripting; general database SQL knowledge
o In-depth working knowledge of Access Management lifecycle and processes
o Strong knowledge of security risk management concepts and its application in the area of Access Management
o Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills (Required)
o Strong ability to work independently and manage one?s time (Required)
o Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback (Required)
o The ability to work effectively with other functional areas and understand the operational and cultural issues relevant to achieving superior results
o Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software (Required) o Strong knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology (Typically required)
o Strong knowledge of laws, legal codes, government regulations, agency rules and the democratic political process (Required)
o Strong knowledge of computer development software, such as Oracle Identity Manager, etc (Required)
o CISA or CISSP certifications desired

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
o Analyze and Audit all aspects of access control processes and procedures for the Mergers & Acquisitions entities
o Identify the gaps between the Entity?s legacy processes and heritage processes
o Proactively identify audit and compliance access related issues to reduce the risk of security exposures on the support systems and applications; coordinate access management related audit and compliance tasks, such as user access reporting and other relevant research and investigation
o Work with numerous internal Technical teams to drive the Access Control Integration tasks
o Perform User Access Revalidations on the various aspects of access to ensure orphaned access are timely remove
o Lead project-based activities for Information Security Department ? Access Controls to provide access management business requirements and ensure timeliness of project deliverables o Complete the periodic access control processes to ensure compliance against Key Controls requirements
o Formulate the technical details for reporting to senior management
