DescriptionThe Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) is a unique and progressive Federal Agency dedicated to increase public safety, prevent crime, reduce recidivism and support the fair administration of justice in collaboration with the community.
CSOSAs Office of General Counsel is seeking an unpaid first or second year legal intern in either a full-time or part-time volunteer capacity. CSOSA may accept the voluntary services of students with permission of the academic institution at which the student is enrolled. CSOSA will provide work experience opportunities related to academic programs that will provide exploration of career options as well as the development of personal and professional skills. Benefits are tangible that include but are certainly not limited to exposure with new and emerging occupations; professions and academic/community service credit for work performed (as determined by the academic institution); and valuable work experience that can contribute toward a future paying job. CSOSA will seek credit hours on behalf of qualified students. Transportation financial benefits are provided if utilizing the metro rail or bus systems. Apply on Company Website |
