Nurse Manager - Robotics & Urology Job Listing at Crittenton Hospital Medical Center in MI

Responsible for overseeing and directing departmental activities to ensure quality for both internal and external customers. Manages resources and leads staff in collaboration with others to advance the hospital mission. 7-day-a-week, 24-hour-a-day responsibility for the unit or service line areas. Assists with the developing, reviewing and planning the implementation of Patient Care Division programs, policies, and procedures. Accountable for financial operations and implementation of hospital and service line goals within area of responsibility. Participates in strategic planning for the hospital and/or service line. Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide appropriatecare to all ages served on the unit.

Minimum Requirements:

1) BSN required; MSN preferred

2) Three (3) or more years progressive experience in area of expertise (Robotics Urology Service Lines)

3) Two (2) or more years experience in a nursing leadership role preferred

REQUIRES FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE TO ACCOMODATE DEPARTMENT/UNIT NEEDS. ROTATES TO COVER PARTIAL P.M. SHIFT ON WEEKLY BASIS.
