As a Manager-in-Training you will be trained to manage a retail location (including gasoline sales) using critical information from a state-of-the-art windows based computer system.
Cumberland Farms is seeking individuals for Management who understand the concept of running a multi -million dollar retail store with food service. Someone who has achieved results in building sales, customer service, people development, and profits. The right person for the position will have a proven track record of inspiring and motivating teams to consistently set and achieve targets and goals. Three years management experience in retail and or food service management is a must.
This position is about cultivating and developing people, systems, and business relationships. Personal pride and passion for your professional results is key.

Manager training is three to twenty-four weeks depending on experience.
