Store Operations Analyst - BOH Accuracy is responsible for but for but not limited to:
Supporting the assessment, design, testing, and implementation of new and enhanced processes to improve BOH Accuracy. This position involves regular interaction with Inventory Management, Logistics, Finance and Training.
- Multiple work stream analytical support of the BOH Accuracy project evaluating impact of Quick Wins, Innovative Solutions and Identified Opportunities for 2013
- Pre and Post analysis of BOH Accuracy efforts in support of prioritization for implementation as well as quantification of impact
- Communicate changes and enhancements to leadership and key stakeholders with validation of impact
- Work closely with Inventory Management in the rollout of improvements, validating operational clarity and ease of execution
- Partner with Training department in the development of all materials needed to support changes at store level Required Qualifications:
Qualifications for Store Operations Analyst - BOH Accuracy Position: 2-4 years of quantitative experience Advanced Excel, Access and PowerPoint skills. Strong interpersonal skills Strong analytical skills Travel as necessary Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in retail or inventory management preferred, but not required Education:
