Job Type: Full Time Position Summary:
The Facets Configuration Analyst is responsible for providing Medicare Operations support, with a focus on leading configuration activities for Medicare Part D operations including, but not limited to: - Enrollment business process design to ensure the enrollment system is capable of processing
- Lead and participate in various enrollment system integration activities (requirement submission and gap analysis)
- Enrollment system trouble shooting and problem solving
- The position will identify, and support Medicare Part D process improvement activities (defect reduction/rework, member retention and client satisfaction)

The position will require a medium level of decision making regarding enrollment business process design and development, with an emphasis on configuration requirements for enrollment integration activities (requirement setting and business direction).

1.Update the yearly AEP configuration for eligibility and billing modules in Facets. Create group hierarchy for all newly contracted groups and create yearly updates related to rate tables etc. based on updated rates for the upcoming plan year.
2.Troubleshoot configuration related issues regarding the functioning of core Part D Operations systems.
3.Work with Patni IT vendor to ensure the Facets configuration has been fed upstream into the Fazal system, and is tested and working properly.
4.Lead new implementations, upgrades, assessments and system integration.
5.Identify opportunities to create efficiencies through Facets enhancements, by working with the systems team on improvements that are necessary based on CMS, or business changes. Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures. Consults with business unit management and staff to obtain additional data and evaluate alternatives applicable to system development activities. Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience working in a Facets configuration capacity. Preferred Qualifications:
1.Excellent problem-solving skills with strong analytical abilities. 2.Understanding of core Facets product 3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4.Ability to work well with minimal supervision Education:
Bachelor's Degree required. Master's degree highly preferred. Trizetto Facets Configuration Training highly preferred. Business Overview:
