Job Type: Full Time Position Summary:
The Identity & Access Management Architect role is responsible for defining the fundamental organization of the identity and access management (IAM) solution, including the system boundaries, high-level structure, data requirements, and components for addressing required functionality and technical characteristics. This person is responsible for defining the requirements for identity lifecycle processes around roles/rules, monitor access control processes to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency and compliance with standards and control objectives. The IAM Architect has overall responsibility for driving the major technical decisions, expressed as the IAM solution architecture. This typically includes identifying and documenting the architecturally significant aspects of the system, including requirements, design, build, and deployment views of the solution. Proposes IAM architecture based on business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
Set and manage global / cross organization architectural standards for the program, partnering with cross business working groups (functional and technical)
Lead the collection of business requirements and the design / development of IAM solutions based upon personal experience and lessons learned
Actively participate in decision making with engagement management and seek to understand the broader impact of current decisions. Required Qualifications:
5+ years proven track record of expertise in Identity & Access Management in large enterprise environments Solid knowledge of ID management processes and their security issues, operational issues, and data issues Proven experience with developing and implementing IAM policies, standards, and guidance documention Possess skills in the areas of Access Management (Enterprise Single-Sign-On, Web Single-Sign-On, Legacy Single-Sign-On, Reduced Sign-On, Two-Factor/Multi-Factor Authentication), Provisioning, Directory Services and Role Based Access Control (RBAC). Strong understanding of IAM tools like Authentication, Directories, Synchronization Services, Provisioning Automation, Role & Compliance Management, Single-Sign-On, Password Management Assess the Organization’s existing infrastructure and processes. Demonstrate advanced understanding of identity management concepts, business processes, security, and internal control risk management. Minimum 5 years of experience with Identity and Access management technologies including Oracle IAM suite, CA Siteminder, SAML, XACML, Active Directory, ADFS, etc. Minimum of 3 years interfacing with customer and stakeholders to define solutions, diagram solutions, write requirements, and validate IAM functionality across a complex enterprise At least 2 years broader IT experience in a field such as application development, infrastructure management, or related fields in addition to experience in Security technologies Demonstrated experience with Identity Management User Provisioning platforms, JAVA/J2EE, XML, SAML, LDAP, JNDI, Windows, Linux, Java, Oracle, SQL, AD, Oracle , CA SiteMinder, Experience with meta directory technologies Strong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies demonstrated through training, job experience and/or industry activities Strong team player, collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources Demonstrated customer focus, evaluates dec Preferred Qualifications:
10 year(s) of experience with multiple IAM solutions. One or more certification such as CISSP, Security+ , CISA, etc. is required. Good knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Directory Services Design and implementation and RDBMS is required. Individuals are expected to have some technical experience and should have good IT infrastructure implementation and support skills. Knowledge of CoBIT , ITIL , ISO7799 and other best practices/frameworks along with knowledge of PBM applications. At least 5 years of relevant industry experience (InfoSec, Application Development, User Provisioning, IT Audit) Education:
4 year degree in Computer Science, other technical field, or 10+ years of IT experience preferred Business Overview:
