Job Type: Full Time Position Summary:
Support the ExtraCare loyalty program by leading direct to consumer communications and promotions focused against a Merchandising business unit (i.e. Personal Care). Specifically, the Marketing Manager will support the ExtraCare customer offer strategy and planning processes by designing, executing, and measuring marketing tactics intended to drive customer acquisition, incremental sales and margin growth. As a key member of the ExtraCare team, this position will be working closely with Merchandising (VPMMs, DMMs and Category Managers) as well as Supplier partners. This position will also be collaborating with marketing, retail innovation / store design, inventory, and the customer insights teams.

Duties:
•Support company sales initiatives and build strategic programs that deliver personalized value to CVS/pharmacy shoppers
•Manage, develop offer strategy and selection / delivery of targeted promotions to ExtraCare cardholders
oe.g.,Build and make recommendations on highly targeted programs to gain new and lapsed shoppers in select categories leveraging the ExtraCare loyalty program
•Develop deep understanding of category, shopper behaviors - leverage key customer insights to produce efficient and effective personalized campaigns
•Research and review historical learning / results, ability to formulate key insights from data and make actionable recommendations
•Develop and distribute marketing performance metrics for program measurement and evaluation
•Secure incremental funding from CVS Suppliers to support ExtraCare programs
oe.g., Direct Mail, Offers at the Register, ExtraCare Coupon Center, etc.
•Supervise creative and production timelines for direct mail projects (CVS & Supplier funded) when applicable
•Facilitate Supplier training & use of ExtraCare Portal to identify customer insights on shopping behaviors and patterns Required Qualifications:
5 to 7 years marketing experience; Relationship Marketing/CRM experience preferred Strong analytical skills - experience analyzing consumer panel data strongly preferred (e.g., IRI/Nielsen) Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Access skills Preferred Qualifications:
Strong written communication skills - day to day and formal presentations Strong interpersonal skills Strong project management skills Innovative, enthusiastic and creative Team player Education:
