Clinical Licensure Required : N/A Job Type: Full Time Position Summary: Primary areas of focus will be in the area of HR Analytics providing leaders with insights from people data to help them to make decisions that build strategic advantage, mitigate risk and maximize the impact of critical initiatives. This person will also participate in the design, development and implementation of an HR analytics tool and executive dashboards and reporting. A second area of focus will be in the area of selection assessments leading the development and implementation of selection tools in accordance with professional and legal standards to deliver a competitive advantage for our company. This person will monitor the performance of existing selection tools to ensure that they are job related and appropriate for their intended use. Required Qualifications: - 3 years experience developing, implementing and validating selection tools - 3 years experience with SPSS - 3 years experience working with Microsoft Office tools - 3 years experience with internal consulting - 3 years of experience presenting and communication to senior leaders in a business setting Preferred Qualifications: - 5 years experience leading projects to develop, implement and validate selection tools - 5 years of experience presenting and communication to senior leaders in a business setting - Experience in managing vendors and large scope projects - Strong background in psychological measurement in employment settings - Strong research, data analysis, oral and written communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools Education: PhD in I/O Psychology Business Overview: CVS Caremark, through our unmatched breadth of service offerings, is transforming the delivery of health care services in the U.S. We are an innovative, fast-growing company guided by values that focus on teamwork, integrity and respect for our colleagues and customers.
