Advance CVS Caremark’s strategic people initiatives as part of our Talent Management team by designing, developing and implementing solutions that align colleagues to advance our business and talent management strategy. Specific focus will be in the areas of developing, engaging, and retaining colleagues through key people process initiatives, strategic change management, organizational and leadership development. Required Qualifications:
Work as an integral member of the Change Management and Leadership Development team Interact with clients of all levels to determine business requirements, scope and needs Design, develop & implement solutions to support business objectives Manage and implement people process initiatives to support overall talent strategy for the enterprise Design, continuously improve and implement leadership development strategy for high potential senior leadership team Create development experiences focused on targeted behavior change Evaluate the impact on the business of people solutions implemented in the organization Develop and write communication, leadership development and change management strategic materials Facilitate group leadership development meetings / presentations, driving impact with top 10% of CVS Caremark senior team Manage projects across the enterprise Manage team member responsible for scheduling and logistics of development events Manage vendor relationships Conduct best practice research Create tools and processes required to support organizational and leadership development initiatives Preferred Qualifications:
Proven ability to - manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment design, plan and facilitate groups/meetings set direction and deliver practical business solutions influencing leaders and developing trusted relationships Prior experience in - design, development & implementation of high potential leadership development programs managing complex organizational development initiatives development and implementation of employee value propositions (desired) Self starter with strong organizational and leadership skills Superb written, presentation and oral communication skills Superior client engagement skills Highest levels of accountability, integrity and collaboration 5-10 years Organizational and Leadership Development experience Education:
Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in Organizational Development preferred Business Overview:
