Job Type: Full Time Position Summary:
This is an analyst position requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in the health care, marketing and operational fields. Position is responsible for the development and oversight of several areas of Medicare Part D marketing and communication materials, has comprehensive knowledge of CMS Marketing Guidelines as they pertain to consumer facing materials.

Key functions of the role will be to: develop and edit communication and marketing materials that support the CVS Caremark Medicare Part D product offerings, including client Prescription drug plan(s); to develop an understanding of the beneficiary market place and to serve as a liaison with several operation and business partners to ensure that the Plans' members best interest are always taken into account. Additionally, this position will need to maintain an ongoing knowledge of CMS guidance, HIPAA and other regulatory compliance, assist with audits by clients and/or government agencies. The position will serve as a key hub of beneficiary communication information and serves as an SME on consumer-facing materials and their relationship to CMS guidelines, regardless of development area. Maintains responsibility for tracking and monitoring for CMS compliance as well as project plans. This position often takes the lead on key annual enrollment materials from development to implementation and requires a high degree of project management skills. Material creation covers all media from print to web. This role often serves as a resource to other employees and is often next in line to contact in the absence of her director for internal business partners. Required Qualifications:
- Develop marketing and communication initiatives that drive enrollment and retention in the Medicare prescription drug plans offered and/or supported by CVS Caremark; Create new ways to increase enrollments and improve consumer satisfaction; seek ways to measure and report initiatives. - Professionally communicates, manages and enforces production schedules and deadlines internally and externally and addresses with department management when deadlines are in jeopardy. - Play key role in oversight of the integrity of materials for missing or inaccurate information and follow up through communication print services, internal business partners (product development, legal, enrollment services, clinical services, etc.) - Build and maintain master tracking documents; coordinate submissions, approval and revisions related to CMS approval. - Shares knowledge, provides back up and counsels team members and internal customers on any ongoing departmental concerns and issues. - Actively maintains expertise in regards to marketing and other guidance for the purpose of supporting business partners' needs and activities.
