The ideal candidate is a creative and customer-oriented individual that wants to be a part of a dynamic, fast-paced team directly supporting the Account Management organization and Clients by serving in an integral part of the proposal process. The successful candidate will develop breadth of knowledge and broad exposure within the organization by working with account teams, clients, business leaders and subject matter experts at all levels of the organization. Account Management, Marketing orientation and/or experience in writing RFP responses with customer focus is required. Candidate will have an opportunity to learn about the exciting and rapidly changing Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) industry while working in this fast paced, deadline driven environment. Required Qualifications:
Strong project management and organizational skills are required. We are looking for a team-player who is also an independent thinker. This candidate will ensure adherence to our process and quality control standards by reviewing the consistency and quality of our messaging. S/he will foster an environment of influence and consistently act as a role model for other team members, taking responsibility for his/her decisions and actions and working to build a network of relationships with business leaders by efficiently communicating with all levels of management. Preferred Qualifications:
3+ yrs PBM/health care industry, Sales/Consulting, and/or Proposal/Project management experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of Medicare Part D (i.e. EGWP, MADP, PDP plans) and industry terminology is helpful. Fluent knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ideal candidates would also be familiar with SANT (now Qvidian) products. Education:
Bachelors Degree required, or two additional years of experience for each year of college not completed. Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred. Business Overview:
