Performs duties associated with filling prescriptions in pharmacy including the automated drug dispensing system (optifill), unit of use and manual pick. Stocks pharmacy area with supplies and necessary materials. May perform other related Technician duties as business needs require. Required Qualifications:
Ideal experience for the Pharmacy Technician-Filling position would include tenure in a pharmacy or similar environment, with an understanding of prescriptions and related terms. Preferred Qualifications:
Good verbal and written communication skills along with organizational skills. Maintains a focus on work to meet production requirements without compromising quality -- ensures accurate filling of prescription orders. Able to remain standing for extended periods of time, as well as reach/twist/turn/bend/stoop/walk and lift up to 35 pounds. Education:
