Responsibilities
As a Service Manager, Training / Staffing Manager, or Culinary Manager, (with a proficiency in all areas to perform all day to day operations) you’ll drive our long-term success by creating a classic environment that combines the zest of Italian cooking with the warmth of Italian hospitality.

The manager is responsible for leading department-level restaurant operations; models and demonstrates leadership that is grounded in the Darden Core Values. Requirements
* Current, salaried management experience in a high- volume full service restaurant is preferred
* Strong passion for culinary excellence and guest service
* Proven ability to develop team
* Knowledge of systems, methods and processes that contribute to great execution
Includes computer applications in forecasting, scheduling, inventory and variance control
* Stable job history which demonstrates upward career and salary progression
