Description:

The Account Manager is essential to driving sales of electronic parts services -- both repair and procurement -- into the DEX vertical markets: Computer, Medical and Wind Energy. Qualified applicants should possess the ability to excel in a fast paced, dynamic team environment. The Account Manager is responsible for meeting daily contact goals and achieving targets for sales and gross margin. Duties and Responsibilities: Contact customers and potential customers on the telephone and sell electronic parts services related to medical sectors. Identify the need for spare or out-of-warranty parts for existing and new customers. Provide competitive prices to win business, based on current demand. Collaborate with DEX outside sales professionals to develop new part sales business and to ensure that current customers are satisfied with DEX services. Work closely with DEX procurement professionals for sourcing, pricing and purchasing of spare parts. Build long term relationships with customers. Maintain and manage customer information in a sales database.

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service and communication skills both verbal and written, analytical thinking and strong negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
