David L. Rosa is a candidate for US Congress TX District 20. He is a Hispanic and devout Catholic. He has been married to his wife for over 20 years, and they raise their three children deep in the heart of the district. He attended the Air Force Academy and Loyola University before working in the Daley Administration in Chicago. He then worked as a corporate at AT&T, prior to settling down to be with his family in San Antonio, practicing as an independent insurance agent.

David is a fiscal conservative and a practicing Orthodox Catholic deacon in his church, as well as a certified special ed teacher, and baseball coach. He has been awarded "Volunteer of the Year" by the Republican Party of Texas, and has been a community leader for years. Now, as he sees the direction of the country shift to a position, fundamentally different to his own, David has picked up the torch of Freedom & Liberty and is seeking to represent his friends and neighbors in the US Congress.
