Description

Perform software development to support basic and applied research in cognitive sciences, to include software for cognitive modeling, artificial intelligence, virtual reality simulation, and laboratory instrumentation.

Essential Job Functions:

Software requirements analysis, design

Software implementation using JAVA, C, C++ or C#, and in MS .NET framework.

Software testing.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. citizenship is required.

Bachelor's degree plue five (5) years of experience.

Application development with any of : C, C++, C#, Java.

Experience with MS .NET.

Experience with virtual reality simulation.

Desired Skills:

Knowledge in computer vision.

Graphical user interface (GUIs) development.

Database development.

Virtual simulation game development.

Knowledge in artificial intelligence (AI).

Knowledge in cognitive sciences.
