Job Description:

Provide system engineering expertise for the development of the APG-79 radar. Fulfill responsibilities throughout the product life cycle, with an emphasis on current performance and future capabilities.

Essential Job Functions:

Make proposals for future capability.

Review requirements documents.

Participate in design reviews.

Recommend test methods and scenarios.

Evaluate radar interfaces with other subsystems on the aircraft.

Determine performance compliance with specifications.

Provide technical guidance and direct troubleshooting efforts.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math or Physics plus twelve years of experience.

Well organized.

Good communications skills.

Desired Skills:

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.

Radar program experience.

Work experience with the system engineering process.

Solid understanding of statistical methods.
