Be a part of creating meaningful, independent and productive lives for children and adolescents who receive services from our DeLand based Family Care office serving Volusia and FlaglerCounties in FL. We have a current opening for a part time Behavior Analyst. The Behavior Analyst position will allow you to find purpose and give you room to grow in the largest not-for-profit provider of services to children and families in Florida.

All Behavior Analysts are expected to implement our Philosophy of Care which is to provide:

Behavior Analyst Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing behavior analysis, programming, and case management to our foster care clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral issues

  2. Teach acquisition, communication, positive replacement behaviors, and social and community integration skills

  3. Provides what we call a "wrap" of services as we believe that the more services and care we provide to an individual, the better their outcome and success

  4. Work closely with clinical treatment team, parents, legal guardians, schools, medical professionals, and others involved in the client's life to assist in coordination of services and that a team approach to treatment is taken



Requirements:

  1. Must be able to complete a two day new hire orientation class; hours are approximately 8:45 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day

  2. Bachelors degree in Psychology, or related field 
  3. Certification as a BCaBA required
  4. Experience working with children and families in foster care

  5. Valid Florida Drivers License
