Overview:
The purpose of this position is to assist Carrington Colleges Group, Inc. with marketing materials, campaigns, social media and any other platforms and channels needing assistance including producing written content and other responsibilities. This position reports to the Marketing Specialist and performs a variety of general administrative duties as well as analytical and support functions of moderate complexity in support of the marketing department.

The hours for this unpaid internship are: the schedule is 20 hours minimum per week, with the opportunity to extend intern hours based on the applicants schedule.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Research and data collection from students or faculty received by various means that may then be written and organized into marketing materials, blogs, newsletters, social media outlets, etc.
Contribute to writing, editing and fact checking for online content, marketing materials, etc.
Maintaining and administrating social media platforms.
Support the Communications/ Marketing Specialists with administrative tasks.
Assist with the planning and implementation of marketing events and campaigns.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
