Start date: 10 week internship starting June 3rd 2013 and ending early August
Full time: Workweek is Monday – Friday from 8am-5pm

What will you learn?

The Quantitative Analyst intern works together with Quantitative Developers to take company objectives and make them reality. This includes identifying, designing and building often complex solutions to interesting, unique problems. Quantitative Analysts interns work with the Quantitative Developers on the team to translate mathematical logic and statistics into production quality code, the web development teams to help integrate logic, the accounting team to identify areas for automation, the database teams to design the table structures that will allow for automated reporting as well as senior management to understand where the company is headed and the best ways to get there. A successful Quantitative Analyst intern utilizes a tool set that primarily consists of: logic, problem solving, mathematics, statistics and programming.

Requirements: To qualify for an internship, you must be:

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with a target graduation date between December 2013 and June 2015
* Available to work 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm
* Academically strong credentials (minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00)
* An excellent communicator with a positive attitude and strong work-ethic
* Proficient in Microsoft office products
* A problem solver with strong leadership, organizational and multi-tasking abilities
* Passionate about your career path
