The Customer Support Channel Manager will be responsible to manage an inbound/outbound call center team with approximately 50 customer service agents. The manager will be the key owner of a specific customer service channel and the improvements and drivers of that channel. This manager will oversee an inbound or outbound channel or both inbound and outbound. The ideal candidate will need to fully understand StubHub’s buyer and seller customer experience across multiple products and contact channels that serve StubHub customers both pre and post event. The Manager will be responsible to gauge the quality of that experience using internal metrics and external benchmarks. In addition, this person will be responsible for repeat buyer behavior by being a clear owner by channel to reduce problem orders and increase buyer/seller satisfaction. This position requires a strong leader and people manager that is capable of driving actions across our company to improve the experience for our customers to help further position StubHub to be the best in the ticket sales industry.
