The Traffic team is responsible for the systems and algorithms powering all of eBay's advertising, as well as its affiliate program and outbound e-mail. The E-Mail team in Traffic is hiring! We are passionate about building amazing platforms that support the growth of eBay's market share, and we are looking for top-notch software engineers who want to build scalable systems that are business critical.

In this role, you will:
- Develop world class platforms to enable rapid innovation and flawless execution of our e-mail system
- Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product teams to ensure every user has a great experience with every e-mail they receive

- Innovate and make your mark by developinh the future of e-mail targeting and personalization at eBay
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to other team members
- Evangelize and communicate your design, methods, and results to a community of researchers, developers, analysts, and product managers working on a number of related technologies
