New Grad: MBA

Responsibilities
As a recently graduated MBA you could be working in a number of key areas. You will play an integral role in the strategy and management of the business side of the company. The position is highly visible and will involve frequent interaction with the senior executive team.
Strategic projects include:

* Supporting the development and implementation of eBay, Inc.s corporate vision, strategy, and long term strategic priorities.
* Developing insightful market intelligence about key industry trends (technology, competitors, consumers, regulatory, etc.) and informs the organization of their strategic importance.

Analytics projects include:

* Translating business questions & problems into structured analyses and identifying actionable insights and recommendations.
* Collaborating with regional and functional teams and partnering with analytics teams throughout the Company to ensure alignment on metrics and analytical methodologies and to minimize duplication of efforts.
Risk Management projects include:

* Identifying vulnerabilities/gaps/opportunities within the current portfolio of eBay Inc.s consumer risk controls.
* Based on the analysis, formulating a policy to ensure the optimal balance between user experience, business enablement and loss exposure related to the planned innovations and improvements.
