The US Electronics business unit may be the place for you. We are seeking an experienced project or product manager with in-depth experience in marketing to help drive improved onsite marketing performance through the development of new tools and capabilities to use them. This will be a strategic role within the Electronics Site Experience team, working cross-functionally to:

* Develop business and product requirements for onsite marketing tools (e.g., a new content management system), prioritize all requested features, and work with various internal teams, sometimes leading by influence, to build and deliver them to the Electronics group
* Monitor adoption and performance of the new capabilities, and dynamically prioritize and roadmap the rollout of additional features
* Work with the Electronics business unit to continuously optimize onsite marketing, establishing a baseline performance measure and designing/executing tests to drive ongoing improvements
The ideal candidate will have experience developing business and product requirements, will be skilled at working across teams, and will be a capable and organized project manager. Depending on the candidate’s skill set and evolution of the business and the Electronics team, additional scope for the role may include elements of email marketing management as well as project management of broader Electronics programs or promotions.
