The Administrative Coordinator will have flexible hours averaging 10-20 per week or per project basis. This position requires a six month to one year commitment. Responsibilities Include: Research on different markets Ensure all data entry is accurate and up-to-date (customers, etc. ) Search for client opportunities and assist in writing marketing materials Assist the Directors/Consultants with special projects as needed Search for relevant articles for the business Keep calendar and travel arrangements for Directors Coordinate different events Skills Needed: Self-Starter Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent research skills Advanced skill in Microsoft Word and Excel (Quickbooks a plus) Reliable Detail oriented Comfortable working as part of a team and following instructions Able to work independently Interested candidates please forward resume with cover letter.
